Yesterday, I was able to articulate the LEBM Technique in much greater detail and clarity for the Second Edition of Work-Standard Accounting Practices than I did previously in the First Edition. Going by what I had written in that Entry, including the list of Enterprises that rely on it, I am certain that the other Accounting Technique, NSBM, is going to be differentiated by a very obvious emphasis on Mission-Type Economic Planning. If the Market/Mixed Economy is made readily apparent by constant reliance on the Accrual-Basis Method of Double-Entry Account Bookkeeping, then we should be anticipating a likewise expectation for the VCS Planned/Command Economy with NSBM Technique of Command-Obedience Account Bookkeeping. Completion of that Entry is probably not going to be finished until tonight, assuming nothing managed to get in the way in the hours prior to that.
