I added the “Political Deficits” dissertation to the Digital Library. This was the same dissertation which I had read and commented on earlier this week within one of my more recent Blog posts. Unfortunately, there is not much else for me to write about because my schedule is changing to the point where I will be contributing less and less to the Blog. Personal offline matters take up a lot of my free time around this part of the year. That is not to suggest that I will be abandoning the Blog, as I will be revisiting it whenever I have time to update it. Things should change by May.
