I am thinking about writing another post besides the third part of “Digital Sovereignty.” That post will have to wait because I am currently reading the existing computer science literature on the subject. In the meantime, I will be working on an entirely different post which I intend to finish before the end of today. Whether I am going to be able to post it today or tomorrow remains an open question.
