Bogumil has recently replied to my latest comment on the ARPLAN Blog. It’s amazing that he replied because I think the uncovered information deserves mention as some point. I mean, there were a number of odd agreements and proposals being promoted back and forth between the German Reich and the Soviet Union that could have amounted to something tangible. I am willing to bet that there are other information out there that has yet to be given enough serious inquiry.
