At some point this week, I am going to delve into research on the topics of E-Democracy and Digital Governance. The discussion about the National Intranet has so far been focused on the economic side, as evidenced by the relevance of the Work-Standard’s LERE Process. My conclusion is that the two topics can be reapplied to the framework of Council Democracy. The only question that I wish to address is precisely how Council Democracy can be implemented on the National Intranet.
