As of this writing, the current literature for Digital Library IV is now available on The Fourth Estate. Digital Library IV pertains to research into the digital realm and its implications to the Work-Standard. Most of the Political Science literature on the World Wide Web (WWW) has stipulated that, even as recent as the 2020s, the full potential of the digital realm remains untapped and unknown. From Cryptocurrencies and Cyberweapons to Soviet OGAS and Chinese Digital Sovereignty, one thing is certain: ways of integrating the online world into the one that exists offline is forthcoming. The Work-Standard concept of the National Intranet promises to spearhead that imitative.
