Okay, I am now feeling better after being under the weather for the past few days. Today, my goal at the moment is catch up with the Blog by writing a message to Bogumil for the ARPLAN Blog. It’s relevant to my attempts to articulate an alternate Theory of International Relations and ties in with my discussions of the Work-Standard. The plan right now is to get it down before the end of today.
