I just established a new webpage for The Fourth Estate. Consider it as though it were the nucleus of a potential fourth Treatise, this one pertaining to the National Intranet. The working title at the moment is The Digital Realm: Personal Privacy and National Sovereignty on Cyberspace. All of the Entries here pertain to the World Wide Web and the National Intranet, including a number of issues posed by the WWW and how different the National Intranet is poised to become if implemented.
