I have been thinking about that potential replacement of the ITFA with the Work-Standard in mind. I am thinking about devoting this post as its own instead of assigning it to a preexisting series of Entries on the Blog. Yesterday, I did some reading on the ITFA’s history and found out that there were plenty of arguments for and against this particular legislation. The Neoliberal arguments alone are worthy of mention here, so I thought I should discuss them in detail as the subject of today’s post.
