There is a famous American phrase in the English language that goes:

“Guns don’t kill people, people kill people.”

It is a fascinating statement because gun rights activists are aware of its relevance to Property Rights, which is an important topic related to the Socialist conception of Property. In Socialism, there can only be Productive Property-as-Power and Personal Property-as-Power. Everything seems straightforward until one realizes that the state of Total Mobilization itself has given rise to other conceptions of Property like firearms or more specifically their technical patents as a definitive example of “Intellectual Property.”

I have yet to find a single American Socialist in these United States who fully realizes why the Jeffersonians’ “gun control legislation” violates the Socialist conception of Property in US domestic policy. When a school shooting happens in America, the Democratic-Republican Party is always clamoring for gun control legislation and a scapegoat (Read: violent video games), allowing the Military-Industrial Complex to exploit the emerging arms race for profit.

I also have yet to find a single American Conservative in these United States who fully realizes why the Jeffersonians’ “arms control legislation” is another variation of the same violation of Property Rights from US domestic policy. When another nation unveils a new weapon to deter an American equivalent, the Democratic-Republican Party is always clamoring for a scapegoat (Read: Russia, Iran, PRC, and DPRK) and arms control legislation, allowing the Military-Industrial Complex to exploit the emerging arms race for profit.

What do these statements have in common? Apart from the freedom-security dialectic and an apparent inability to do basic psychology, the Jeffersonians are relying on Liberal Capitalist Incentives of Supply and Demand to understand what motivates school shooters and those nation-states. No school shooter has ever been driven by an Incentive to shoot their classmates. Neither Russia, Iran, PRC, nor even the DPRK is driven by an Incentive to project military power. The actions from both the former and the latter are not spontaneous because they required premediated planning and forethought, thereby implying the presence of an Intent. That Intent is oftentimes discernible while reading the histories of American school shooters, Russia, Iran, PRC, and DPRK.  

One should be compelled to ask themselves: how are “gun control legislation” and “arms control legislation” interrelated and why are they both relevant to the Socialist conception of Property?

The secret to understanding Property Rights under Socialism is the concept of “Sovereignty” from International Relations, which is the power to assert supreme authority and therefore bear the burdens of “Command Responsibility” within a specific realm under the Intents of Command and Obedience. This is a purely legal topic with implications for both national law and international law. A Totality has Wehrhoheit (Military Sovereignty), the power to control the size and composition of the armed forces through their Military-Industrial Complex. An Individual (as part of the Totality, by the way) also has Wehrhoheit: they have the power to control the size and composition of their arsenal for personal defense, hunting, sporting, and paramilitarism through their Military-Industrial Complex. A Military-Industrial Complex in the state of Total Mobilization manufactures firearms for the troops and the civilians, both of whom will always exist as part of a Totality.

Only then can we finally begin to grasp the full meanings behind Productive Property and Personal Property. Productive Property creates Arbeit and Geld; Personal Property never creates Arbeit and Geld. Both Properties will require the commitments of an Individual’s Life-Energy, their physical, mental and spiritual strength, to assert and uphold dominion over them. This Life-Energy will never have an attached Price nor be considered an Equipmentality by anyone under Socialism because doing so is tantamount to objectifying, dehumanizing and enslaving someone.

Meanwhile, Liberal Capitalist ideology has no scruples whatsoever about Life-Energy being bought and sold for a Price, treated as “Commodity,” and become somebody else’s “Private Property-as-Wealth.” It is true the Western world and America no longer practice Slavery or so we like to convince ourselves. The Work-Standard insists otherwise and the SMP Compendium brings up a few examples in different entries on multiple occasions.

A man under Liberal Capitalist has multiple ways of turning himself into a Commodity, the majority of which are voluntary. If he is a teenager, he becomes a Commodity whenever he obsesses negatively about why he is an “Incel” or feels insecure about his masculinity. When he gets older, he cannot leave his parents to pursue Meaningful Work because all the manufacturing professions are gone, and he is stuck doing Meaningless Work. At a “Labor Market,” he voluntarily sells himself to an Employer who will ‘buy’ him for Kapital. The Employer spends Kapital and borrows Schuld, the man earning Kapital and investing Schuld. He becomes enslaved to his Employer, who is himself enslaved as the Borrower of a Lender under the Liberal Capitalist Fractional-Reserve Banking System. All talk about “Private Property” disappears once the Borrower defaults on their bank loan and the Lender expropriates anything of value as collateral.  

A woman under Liberal Capitalism has multiple ways of turning herself into a Commodity, the majority of which are also voluntary. If she is a teenager, she becomes a Commodity whenever she obsesses negatively about her healthy body image and posts pictures of herself on social media platforms like Instagram. She spends Kapital and earns Schuld by chasing the latest trends, invests Kapital and borrows Schuld for a university education, lends Schuld to her potential boyfriends and saves Kapital because she will never receive as much as the boyfriends. As she gets older, she may decide to become the Private Property of her husband as his trophy wife and a full-time housewife with neither a Vocation nor even children to care for. Their marriage creates more Schuld than Kapital whenever there are children, their children becoming Commodities in themselves whenever their parents file them as “Child Tax Credit Payments.”    

We must ask ourselves: How do we distinguish between Productive and Personal Property in contexts where the distinctions between them are prone to ambiguities?   

Our answer lies in the manner in which Hamiltonian Federalist Socialism is conceptualized. It requires “Nationalism and Socialism,” “Traditionalism and Environmentalism,” “Statism and Ultramontanism,” “Anarchism and Authoritarianism,” and finally “Conservatism.” We can cite their different variants of Property Ownerships and by process of elimination determine which ones are Productive Properties-as-Power and which ones are Personal Properties-as-Power.   

Let’s start with Anarchism and Authoritarianism, the most obvious of the nine ideologies. Both agree on the concept of “Self-Ownership” by assertions of the Sovereign Individual. Anarchism and Authoritarianism also support the idea of “Self-Sovereignty” in the sense that an Individual has supreme authority over their personal affairs. Anarchs and Authoritarians generally do not disrupt law and order unless they unjustly interfere with each other’s Self-Sovereignties.

Traditionalism and Environmentalism agree on the concept of Communal Ownershipby the assertions of a Sovereign Estate. Traditionalism supports the sanctity of traditions and customs by upholding the balance of power between the Totality and specific people’s communities. Environmentalism supports the sanctity of the land and its resources, upholding the balance of power between the needs of nature and the Totality. They support the idea of “Collective Sovereignty” in the sense that a specific people’s community like the Amish or a Native American tribe has supreme authority over their communal affairs. Traditionalists and Environmentalists do not disrupt law and order unless they unjustly interfere with each other’s Collective Sovereignties or else an Individual’s Self-Sovereignty.

Ultramontanism and Statism agree on the concepts of “Ecclesiastical Ownership,” “Municipal Ownership,” and State Ownerships” by asserting that there are distinctions between the Catholic Church and the Federal and State governments respectively. There is no such thing as the ‘Separation of Church and State’ if the Catholic Church and the States are both relying on the same Currency and are beholden to the national interests of the Totality. There is a “Municipal Sovereignty,” “State Sovereignty,” and “Religious Sovereignty.” The Church and the States generally do not disrupt law and order unless either of them decides to unjustly interfere in the affairs of the other, the Collective Sovereignty of a people’s community and nature itself, or an Individual’s Self-Sovereignty.     

Nationalism and Socialism agree on the concepts of “Interstate Ownership,” “Socialized Ownership,” and “Federal Ownership” by asserting that there are distinctions between the Federal and State governments in its interactions with the Church, a people’s community and nature, and the Individual. There are Enterprises owned and operated by the Federal government, Enterprises owned and operated by the State governments, Enterprises owned and operated by local Municipal governments, and those owned and operated by Student, Autonomous, and Foreign governments. There is “Interstate Sovereignty,” “Socialized Sovereignty,” “Federal Sovereignty”and then there the other “Sovereignties” like the Wehrhoheit (Military Sovereignty). Nationalists and Socialists generally do not disrupt law and order unless either of them decides to unjustly interfere in each other’s affairs or else the affairs of the Totality.

Conservatism must have all other Ownerships and Sovereignties because the laws passed by the Federal government are always going to be distinct from the laws passed by the governments of other nations. Here, we find the concepts of “National Ownership” and “International Ownership” in contexts where international trade and international organizations are involved. Productive Property and Personal Property must now be reapplied beyond national borders. There is “National Sovereignty” and then there are “Foreign Sovereignties.” Conservatives generally do not disrupt law and order so long as they respect the laws of their nation and those of other nations, expecting the same from the Nationalists and Socialists, Ultramontanes and Statists, Traditionalists and Environmentalists, Anarchs and Authoritarians.

By talking about this “Federalist Union” created by Alexander Hamilton and the Federalist Party, am I still referring to these United States?” Or am I referring to the “German Reich” and the “Soviet Union?” I could be describing all three, given their similar organizational command structures. After all, everything is telling me that the US is more European than the rest of the Americas.

In a Realm as large as these United States, the Totality has control over the means of production and symbolized by the “Federalist Fortune Wheel” to designate Hamiltonian Federalist Socialism. I think American Nationalists and American Socialists should be proud of the fact that the old Federalist Party’s cockade looks like a roulette wheel with ten black pockets and ten white pockets. It tells us that America must never be reduced to a dystopian Utopia or a utopian Dystopia because, even if Life itself has its ups and downs, we are always in control of the Union and its Destiny.   

The ten black pockets are Self-Ownership, Communal Ownership, Ecclesiastical Ownership, Municipal Ownership, State Ownership, Interstate Ownership, Socialized Ownership, Federal Ownership, National Ownership, and International Ownership. They denote the ten Productive Properties that will always contribute Arbeit and generate Geld under the Work-Standard. We lose Productive Property if somebody absconds the Totality’s Arbeit or Geld for themselves and if any Enterprise gets Reprivatized by private interests or gets Denationalized by foreign interests.  

The white pockets are Self-Sovereignty, Collective Sovereignty, Religious Sovereignty, Municipal Sovereignty, State Sovereignty, Interstate Sovereignty, Socialized Sovereignty, Federal Sovereignty, National Sovereignty, and International Sovereignty. They denote the Personal Properties that belong to whoever is committing their Life-Energy to them. We lose Personal Property if somebody deprives another of their Life-Energy and their personal belongings on the behalf of either private interests or foreign interests.

We now know what must be done about “Intellectual Property.” It was always a matter of Self-Ownership and Self-Sovereignty. Like an artist and their own artwork, an engineer lets the Union decide how to implement the technical patent upon filing it at the Patent Office: ownership of the patent shall belong to that Individual; the power to create anything based on the specifications of that technical patent, like modifications or subvariants, shall belong to the Totality. Any foreign nation interested in obtaining the technical patent must purchase the Production License.
